Ingredients

  • 1 Arborio Rice
  • 1 Butter
  • 1 Chicken Broth
  • 1 Fresh Italian Parsley chopped
  • 1 Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg Wash
  • 1 Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Your Favorite Cooking Oil
  • 1 Ground Beef (optional)
  • 1 Shallots
  • 1 Fresh Garlic chopped
  • 1 Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Your Favorite Marinara Sauce
  • 1 Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • 1. Cook arborio rice in chicken broth until tender.
    2. Mix rice with butter, parsley, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
    3. Prepare filling by sautéing ground beef, shallots, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
    4. Shape rice balls, add filling in the center, and close.
    5. Dip balls in egg wash, coat with breadcrumbs.
    6. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    7. Serve with marinara sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and cheddar.
