Ingredients
- 1 qt white or brown rice
- 1 pkg frozen vegetables ie. carrots, peas etc.
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 soy sauce
Instructions
- First sauté or microwave frozen veggies until done.
- Scramble eggs in frying pan making sure you chop to tiny pieces as it cooks.
- Then fry rice in sauce pan until slightly brown.
- Next pour cooked veggies into fried rice and stir.
- One mixed well, pour in chopped scrambled eggs and stir until done.
- Lastly pour in a desirable amount of Soy Sauce – Watch the salt levels.
