Vito’s Egg Fried Rice Recipe | Easy Restaurant-Style Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 qt white or brown rice
  • 1 pkg frozen vegetables ie. carrots, peas etc.
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 soy sauce

Instructions

  • First sauté or microwave frozen veggies until done.
  • Scramble eggs in frying pan making sure you chop to tiny pieces as it cooks.
  • Then fry rice in sauce pan until slightly brown.
  • Next pour cooked veggies into fried rice and stir.
  • One mixed well, pour in chopped scrambled eggs and stir until done.
  • Lastly pour in a desirable amount of Soy Sauce – Watch the salt levels.
