Creamy Cheddar Mushroom Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 3 porks chops bone in or not
- 4 cloves minced
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes use the juice
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 salt and pepper use amounts you desire
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk use this if you desire
Instructions
- 1️⃣ Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat 2️⃣ Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside. 3️⃣ In the same pan, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until tender
