Tempura Veggies
Ingredients
2 Egg whites whipped
14 oz of cold water
1 & ¼ cup of flour
3/4 teaspoon of salt
Whisk together
Refrigerating batter for approx. 20 min.
1 to 2 inches deep of high temp oil into frying in a pan
Heat to approx. 360
Get batter and add a few ice cubes to keep cold, while coating vegetables before frying
Dipping Sauce: 4 teas soy sauce & 1 T sugar
