Tempura Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2 Egg whites whipped
  • 14 oz  of cold water
  • 1 & ¼ cup of flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • Whisk together
  • Refrigerating batter for approx. 20 min.
  • 1 to 2 inches deep of high temp oil into frying in a pan
  • Heat to approx. 360
  • Get batter and add a few ice cubes to keep cold, while coating vegetables before frying
  • Dipping Sauce:  4 teas soy sauce & 1 T sugar
