Braciole is an Italian dish made with thin slices of beef or pork that are filled with cheese, herbs, and sometimes other ingredients, then rolled, browned, and simmered in tomato sauce. It is usually served with pasta or polenta. Braciole can be served as an appetizer or a main course.
The succulent and smoky flavors of smoked pork ribs are a favorite among many barbecuers. This combination of slow-smoking and dry-rubbing the ribs create a truly mouthwatering dish that is sure to impress any crowd. The ribs are juicy and tender yet slightly crisp, making each bite a pleasure. Whether you’re serving them as a main course or as an appetizer, you’re sure to enjoy a plate of smoky, delicious pork ribs “Allan Style”!
This is one of my mother’s favorite Italian Recipes, Chicken Cacciatore. Enjoy this wonderful Italian chicken recipe at home. This Italian dish features chicken pieces (such as thighs, legs, breast and wings), tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, and herbs. It’s a delicious one-dish meal that can be served over a bed of cooked pasta or rice, and it’s perfect for busy weeknights. The name of this dish comes from the Italian phrase, “alla cacciatora,” which means “hunter-style.” This hearty and flavorful dish has been enjoyed for generations and is a great way to get a little bit of everything on one plate.
A sausage and pepper is a classic Italian treat made from a long, crusty bread roll,(if you choose) filled with Italian sausage, grilled sweet peppers and onions. Serve it with a side of marinara sauce. This delicious sandwich is sure to be a hit with Family & Friends!
These delicious meatballs were my Mothers recipe, we only used regular ground beef. Other folk used ground beef, pork & veal in their mix. We couldn’t afford the luxury of several meats, so this is what I grew up on, it is amazing & we loved it.
