Vito's Black Bean Chili

An Easy Delicious Treat For The Whole Family & Friends

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cans black beans 15 oz.
  • 1 & 1/3 lbs ground beef
  • 1 olive oil just a little in pan
  • 1 1/4 stick of butter salted or not (your choice)
  • 1/2 onion white chopped
  • 1/2 onion red chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1/3 cup dark chili powder
  • 1/2 bottle Passata Sauce
  • 2 14.5 oz. cans of tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cheese cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Sour cream
  • 1 Salt just a sprinkle (to your taste)
  • 1 Pepper just a sprinkle (to your taste)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tsp fresh Oregano Or Falkes
  • 2 tsp smoked Paprika
  • 1 Garlic big sprinkle
