Sautéed Veggie Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese and mix together sautéed

Instructions

Sautee:

    1 cup chopped broccoli, 1 cup chopped onion, ½ cup sliced mushroomsin butter & olive oil, cook until soft, Add the veggies to the eggmixture and stir, pour all youringredients in any 9” pie crust, sprinkle a little extracheese on top and bake at 375 for approx. 45 minutes

      Did someone say savory, yes I did. With this great simple dish, you will never have a problem serving the kiddies vegetables again, and it’s shaped like a pie!
