Vito's Crunchy Chunky Salad

Simple Delicious And Healthy

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cucumbers chunky diced
  • 1 1/2 cups tomatoes chunky diced
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups red onion chunky diced (desired amount)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup balsamic glaze
  • 2 to 3 tsp pepper (amount optional)

Instructions

  • Chunky chop all vegetables cucumber tomatoes red onion - do not mix until all balsamic vinegar and balsamic glaze are poured over veggies - the reason is to not over stir and mash up your beautiful and tender tomatoes.
    Now gently mix thoroughly to cover all ingredients, then refrigerate until chilled and serve to your hearts delight!
