Super Chunky Salad & It’s Crunchy

A small amount of veggies with a large amount of nutrition

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 pkg Cherry Tomatoes Assorted Colors
  • 6 Small Cucumbers – Persian Are Great
  • 1 pkg Mozzarella Balls
  • 1 Balsamic Dressing (your choice)
  • 1 Balsamic Glaze (optional)

Instructions

  • Slice a few cherry tomatoes
    Slice the cucumbers 1/4 inch pieces
    Chop the avocado into small chunks
    Slice the mozzarella balls if desired or leave whole
    Place into a bowl & gently mix
    Then pour balsamic dressing over
    And gently mix again
    Lastly drizzle balsamic glaze over the top if desired
