Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 1 pkg Cherry Tomatoes Assorted Colors
- 6 Small Cucumbers – Persian Are Great
- 1 pkg Mozzarella Balls
- 1 Balsamic Dressing (your choice)
- 1 Balsamic Glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Slice a few cherry tomatoesSlice the cucumbers 1/4 inch piecesChop the avocado into small chunksSlice the mozzarella balls if desired or leave wholePlace into a bowl & gently mix Then pour balsamic dressing over And gently mix again Lastly drizzle balsamic glaze over the top if desired
