Tempura Veggies
Ingredients
- 2 Egg whites whipped
- 14 oz of cold water
- 1 & ¼ cup of flour
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- Whisk together
- Refrigerating batter for approx. 20 min.
- 1 to 2 inches deep of high temp oil into frying in a pan
- Heat to approx. 360
- Get batter and add a few ice cubes to keep cold, while coating vegetables before frying
- Dipping Sauce: 4 teas soy sauce & 1 T sugar
