

Cucina Chicken Cutlets
An easy dinner or lunch to serve to your Loving Family
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken breasts thinly sliced
- 1 Fresh garlic cloves 5 to 6 chopped
- 1 Fresh red sun dried tomatoes 10 to 12 chopped
- 1 Shallots chopped 2 shallots chopped
- 1 Fresh mushrooms sliced 1 package sliced
- 1 Cherry tomatoes 1 package sliced in half
- 1 Butter salted for the rue & for sauté vegetables
- 1 Salt & Pepper your desired amount
- 1 Flour enough to dredge the chicken fillets
- 1 Olive Oil for frying chicken, veggies & roux
- 1 Vegetable broth 1 1/2 cups for the roux
- 1 Fresh rosemary 3 to 4 sprigs for the roux
- 1 Smoked paprika a tiny bit for the roux
Instructions
- First, chopped all vegetable ingredients Place olive oil & butter in frying pan and sauté (Follow Video Instructions)Next, dredge all chicken fillets on both sides Make sure you put salt & pepper in flour first and mix inPlease Follow Video Instructions – Vito

We’re gonna make a chicken dish with four chicken fillets dredge in flour fried a little on each side just for a minute or two for brownness take it off then we’re gonna go ahead and put in the pan some chopped fresh, chopped garlic, some shallots, some red, sun-dried tomatoes, and then at the end some mushroom sliced up also the Oil that I’m using in the pan is from the red sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil in the jar. It has a fragrance. Make a roux, butter/flour and1 ½ cup chicken broth then add rosemary & smoked paprika.
